Adam Robertson


Adam is an associate litigator in the firm’s Houston office, where his practice focuses on trucking and transportation, premises liability, and other areas of general casualty. Over the course of his career, Adam has defended individuals, small businesses, and multiple Fortune 500 companies each step of the way from pre-suit to verdict. As a result, Adam understands the importance of developing an early litigation strategy, executing the strategy in an efficient manner, and communicating the process and progress of litigation with his clients frequently.

Adam earned a B.A. in Political Science from St. Edward’s University in 2010 before earning his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2014. While at the University of Houston, Adam began developing and honing his advocacy skills by joining the Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution competition teams. As a result of his achievements in advocacy, he was nationally recognized when he was inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2014. Adam also served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Texas Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law.
