Jane Haas focuses her practice on construction, manufacturing, distribution, products, personal injury, property management & ownership, insurance & insurance agencies, and oil & gas. With her extensive litigation experience, Jane has tried several cases to verdict as a first-chair counsel.
Reid Hudgins focuses his practice on product liability litigation, personal injury defense, construction defect defense, trucking/transportation, and multidistrict litigation. Through experience and success, Reid has expanded his practice to states throughout the country, representing clients in both the state and federal court.
Colin Powell Colin focuses his practice on product liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation and has represented product manufacturers in state and federal court and in multidistrict litigation across the country. He has tried cases to jury verdict as both a first- and second-chair trial lawyer.
Drew Thomas focuses his practice on appellate law, class action & multidistrict litigation, dealer/franchise litigation, warranty & deceptive trade practice, consumer & commercial collection matters, and product liability. Drew practices regularly in venues throughout the state of Texas, in federal court, and multiple states nationwide.
