Adam Robertson

Adam is an associate litigator in the firm’s Houston office, where his practice focuses on trucking and transportation, premises liability, and other areas of general casualty. Over the course of his career Adam has had the opportunity to defend individuals, small businesses, and multiple Fortune 500 companies each step of the way from pre-suit to verdict. As a result of this experience, Adam understands the importance of developing an early litigation strategy, executing that strategy, and communicating frequently with clients.

Before becoming a lawyer, Adam attended St. Edward’s University in Austin where he earned his B.A. in Political Science in 2010. Afterwards, he earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2014. While at the University of Houston, Adam began developing and honing his advocacy skills by joining the Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution competition teams. As a result of his achievements in advocacy, he was nationally recognized by being inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2014. Adam also served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Texas Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law.

In his spare time Adam enjoys playing competitive Gaelic football with the Houston Gaels, running, and spending time with his rescue dog, Sasha.
