Cicely Benoit

Before law school, Cicely worked as an educator.  She served in various roles, including teacher, administrator, curriculum designer, and school design engineer. Cicely graduated from The University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in history.  She attended law school at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. After law school she began working as a general practitioner focused, primarily, on civil litigation and trial matters.  She handled a diverse litigation docket, including premises liability, construction defect, DTPA, and business and contractual disputes.
