After graduating from Baylor University School of Law, Colin began his legal career at Hartline Barger LLP with a focus in product liability.
Before joining the firm, Colin worked as an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Dallas, Texas, where he conducted research and was responsible for drafting on criminal practice and procedure issues. Prior to graduation, Colin served as a summer associate at the firm and gained experience working on personal injury cases. Since joining the firm, Colin has worked a multitude of matters which provided him second chair trial experience. Colin has represented product manufacturers in complex and multidistrict litigation and has first—and second—chair trial experience in both commercial and personal injury cases.
In 2011, Colin graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Baylor University. While attending law school, he won numerous awards for his impressive efforts in mock trial competitions and was the winner of the 2013 Bob and Karen Wortham “Top Gun” Fall Practice Court Mock Trial Competition. Colin uses his experience in trial advocacy to help teach the next generation of trial lawyers by coaching interscholastic mock trial teams at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
