Cynthia G. Crawford

Cynthia Crawford has extensive experience in mass and toxic tort litigation, products liability and complex commercial disputes. She currently focuses her practice on product liability and mass tort litigation. Cynthia acted as regional counsel for The Dow Chemical Company overseeing breast implant litigation, and subsequently was engaged by Union Carbide Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Dow Chemical) to reprise that role in asbestos litigation. Working closely with the client, she developed and implemented strategies to defend cases across the country. Cynthia has substantial experience in managing discovery, motion practice, expert selection and trial strategy, as well as settlement evaluation and negotiation. She also has significant experience in organizing and structuring client protocols, databases and tracking processes.
