Holly Naehritz’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation. She represents clients in automobile collisions and trucking accidents, Dram Shop cases, premises liability disputes, employment disputes, healthcare disputes, and general negligence cases. She also represents product manufacturers in product liability litigation.
Holly graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University School of Law. While attending law school, Holly worked as an intern for Justice Don Willett in the Texas Supreme Court and for Judge Lena Levario in the 204th Judicial District Court for Dallas County, Texas. She also participated in moot-court and mock-trial competitions, including serving as evidence coach for the two teams who won first and second place in the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition in 2012.
Before joining Hartline Barger LLP, Holly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Reed O’Connor in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. She managed a portion of Judge O’Connor’s civil docket, conducted legal research and helped draft opinions on motions in all stages of civil litigation, and gained significant experience in federal practice and procedure.
