J. David Henderson

Mr. Henderson concentrates his practice on construction defect litigation and personal injury defense. Mr. Henderson came from another prominent defense firm in Downtown Dallas where he practiced professional liability litigation for licensed and registered design and engineering professionals. His previous representation included defending professionals against malpractice, construction defect, breach of contract, and indemnity claims. He also has prior legal experience representing clients in civil litigation, personal injury, tort defense, construction defects, premises liability, products liability, transportation and automobile litigation, business litigation, and other general insurance litigation matters.

Mr. Henderson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017.  While completing his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, Mr. Henderson entered the dual-degree program and received his Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech Rawls College of Business in 2017.
