Jacob is a litigation associate in the firm’s Dallas office. Jacob represents companies in state and federal court across a range of matters, primarily commercial litigation, construction litigation and trucking & transportation. Jacob’s experience includes trying cases from filing to judgement, including taking depositions and attending hearings. Additionally, Jacob has successfully handled arbitrations, pretrial motions, and post-judgement work.
Jacob earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Law Review. As a student, Jacob’s work was quoted by the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit as well as in an amicus briefing in the consolidated U.S. Supreme Court case of United States v. June/United States v. Wong.
