Jim has over 20 years’ experience litigating in state and federal courts, focusing on defending employers from claims of discrimination and wrongful termination. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Jim advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including immigration issues, OSHA citations, wage and hour matters, hiring and termination decisions, employee handbooks, and non-compete agreements.
