Marshall focuses his practice on construction defect disputes, construction site personal injury cases, premises liability, and transportation law, as well as professional liability cases involving architects, engineers, surveyors, and real estate professionals. He serves as regional counsel for several large corporations and publicly traded entities, including the largest restaurant company in the world. In addition, Marshall provides consulting services and contract review for design professionals, contractors, builders, and developers.
