Mary E. Jones

Mary Jones is a trial attorney in the firm’s Albuquerque office. Mary has a wide-ranging practice, concentrating primarily on litigation matters involving toxic torts/environmental, personal injury defense, insurance defense, healthcare, professional liability, trucking & transportation, labor & employment, and oil & gas. Mary also has experience with premises liability, warranty & DTPA, dealer/franchise, construction, and products liability litigation.

Prior to joining Hartline Barger, Mary clerked with the Honorable Kenneth J. Gonzales of the U.S.D.C. for the District of New Mexico.

Mary also enjoys learning new languages, possessing conversational ability in Spanish and French, as well as some Russian, Japanese, and Arabic. Mary taught English in Toyama, Japan for a year before law school.
