Matt represents clients as litigation and trial counsel in federal and state courts in the areas of professional liability malpractice, catastrophic injury, transportation liability, construction defect, insurance coverage, premises liability, Workers Compensation nonsubscriber liability, patent litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He is also licensed through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney, and has experience in both patent prosecution and litigation. Matt has experience with governmental investigations and US export/import law compliance.
Matt practices law according the principle “the best defense is a good offense.” In every case, he aims to aggressively defend, or prosecute, the client’s matters, by looking under every rock, for every detail and behind every wall, for the truth. Matt firmly believes every case requires a highly detailed approach, which is geared towards preparing a case to best leverage the case to early resolution, or winning at trial.
