Sam Saldivar


Sam graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Public Relations in 2015.  He then went on to attend law school at the University of Houston Law Center as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. There he served as president of  the UT alumni organization  – the LawHorns – and as an articles editor on the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. After graduating from law school in 2018, Sam began his legal carrier as an Assistant Attorney General of Texas in the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division where he assisted in pursuing off-label marketing and drug misbranding by pharmaceutical companies. Sam then transitioned to private practice where he has handled a wide variety of injury cases including products liability, premises liability, and wrongful death.


Sam is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Young Lawyer’s Association, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
