Terra Hittson

Associate

Terra Hittson is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Santa Fe office. She has handled cases in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including false advertising, antitrust, insurance, intellectual property, and Lanham Act cases. Terra represents both major corporations and individuals in federal courts at all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, preliminary injunctions, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, and appeals. In 2019, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Paul G. Gardephe of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

 

Terra also maintains an active pro bono practice by assisting clients from underrepresented communities. Most recently, she represented four Iraqi torture victims in litigation under the Alien Tort Statute for war crimes and torture at Abu Ghraib, including opposing certiorari before the Supreme Court of the United States.
