Tom has a track record of success in a variety of practice areas. He represents individuals, start-ups, small and large privately-held entities and public companies in a wide range of litigation matters, including cases involving product liability, intellectual property infringement, construction defects, and personal injury claims. Tom has served as lead trial counsel in federal and state courts across the country.

Tom is an AV rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and has been consistently recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star. Despite his busy work schedule, he remains very active in numerous organizations. Whether it’s serving on various committees with DRI or coaching at his local YMCA, Tom maintains the same enthusiastic approach to all activities both inside and outside the courtroom.
