Trevor Brown

Trevor is an associate attorney in the firm’s Dallas office, where he focuses his practice on construction defect litigation and personal injury defense. Prior to joining Hartline Barger LLP, Trevor was an associate attorney at another prominent defense firm in Downtown Dallas as well as a small litigation firm in Houston. While in law school, Trevor interned at a national upstream oil and gas operating company, with the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and with the former Chief Justice of the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals. Shortly after graduation from law school, Trevor was part of a trial team that successfully defended an elected official in an election contest lawsuit when opposing counsel dismissed all claims after direct and cross-examination of only three witnesses. Trevor has also successfully argued multiple summary judgment motions for both plaintiffs and defendants.
