Arianna Smith has over seven years of experience as a litigator. She has experience in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial matters throughout Texas. At her prior firm, she successfully obtained summary judgment for her client in a fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices Act case. Additionally, in one memorable case as a young lawyer, Arianna’s creative argument prompted a state agency to reinstate her client’s professional license--one he had for 30 years--after the agency revoked it. Her ideal case provides a challenge, and she enjoys finding creative arguments and solutions to help her client achieve the best result.
Arianna received her JD from Baylor Law School in 2015 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Spanish. She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Young Lawyers’ Association. When Arianna was living in Austin, Texas, she also provided pro bono services to the Texas Civil Rights Project and volunteered at the Marbridge Foundation.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, trying new restaurants, and going to art galleries and the theatre.
