Brandon Thomas focuses on general litigation and handles a wide range of cases involving death, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, dram shop, and personal injury defense.
Throughout his career, Brandon has had experience handling a variety of specialized cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides, including cases in the sports and entertainment industry and medical malpractice cases. Through his comprehensive experience, Brandon has an understanding and command of many highly specialized areas of law.
Brandon has been named a Top 40 under 40 Lawyer in 2020 and 2021 and was named a Top 100 Lawyer by the National Black Lawyers Association in 2022.
In 2019, Brandon graduated from Texas Tech School of Law where he served as the president of the Black Law Students Association and president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Currently, Brandon is licensed to practice in both the Federal and State Courts of Texas.
