Victoria (“Tori”) Ryon joined the firm in 2011 following her federal judicial clerkship serving for the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas. Since then, Tori has represented hundreds of clients ranging from small businesses to multi-billion-dollar corporations in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, transportation, products liability, premises liability, dram shop cases, and general civil litigation while also serving as lead counsel.

Ms. Ryon has acquired unique experience in transportation litigation involving alleged violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the Texas Transportation Code. Her vast and extensive experience in this area of the law enables her to aggressively and efficiently investigate, defend, and try cases in state and federal court. Victoria also handles excess casualty cases serving as additional and monitoring counsel in high-damage wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.

Tori is a Texas A&M alumna and attended SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas where she was an editor for the International Law Review, Best Brief nominee, and a National Mock Trial finalist. Tori enjoys spending time with her three children, two Bernedoodles, and traveling with her husband.
