Hartline Barger Secures Summary Judgment in Personal Injury Claims Case

Tarrant County, TX, December 13, 2021 — Plaintiff Jim Coker, along with six other Plaintiffs, brought personal injury claims against two gentlemen’s clubs and their parent entity based on alleged thefts and assaults at the club. The defendants moved for no-evidence summary judgment on Plaintiff’s claims, and the Court granted the motion on December 13, 2021.
