Attorney Overview
Aaron Rodriguez comes to the law firm with a breadth of experience both inside and outside the courtroom. Most recently Aaron was Director of Litigation for the New Mexico Department of Justice. Aaron has served as inhouse legal counsel for high profile state agencies, including as managing attorney for the New Mexico Public Education Department overseeing the agency’s attorney staff and legal program, and the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department, handling high-dollar complex tax matters. Aaron has vast trial experience having been a former senior trial prosecutor in the Third Judicial District Attorney’s Office in New Mexico, under former Governor and then District Attorney Susana Martinez, and he has also previously worked in private practice with a firm in Albuquerque.
Aaron’s practice focuses on personal injury defense and insurance defense. He also has extensive experience in employment law and with mediations involving employment and federal civil rights matters.
