Brianna Weis is a skilled civil litigator who handles complex disputes across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, trucking, and commercial business enterprises. Her practice includes personal injury matters, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and consumer‑related/manufacturing claims. She has successfully managed multi‑party litigation, navigated intricate procedural issues and high‑stakes negotiations with clarity, strategy, and composure from initial case intake through trial.
Brianna earned her JD summa cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was a published member of the Texas Tech Law Review. She is known for her thorough preparation, practical problem‑solving, and ability to distill complex issues into clear, persuasive advocacy—whether in motion practice, negotiation, or the courtroom.
She has been involved in several professional organizations to help support and strengthen local and national legal communities, and mentor younger attorneys. Brianna is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Young Lawyers Committee, and enjoyed her ability to meet other litigators from around the nation. In the Dallas legal community, Brianna served on the Women Mentoring Circles committee, supporting mentorship and professional development for women lawyers through the Dallas Women Lawyers Association and the Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
