Attorney Overview
David Estes began his career with the firm’s Dallas office in 1999, representing automotive and heavy truck manufacturers in product liability and warranty litigation. Over the years, his practice has broadened to include premises liability, as well as asbestos, benzene and other toxic tort cases. David also represents trucking carriers in litigation resulting from catastrophic accidents, and he devotes a portion of his practice to the representation of creditors in collections matters against individuals and business entities.
David regularly appears in both state and federal courts, obtaining successful outcomes for the firm’s clients. His expertise has gained him recognition among The Best Lawyers in America® by Woodward/White, and Super Lawyers® Texas Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters.
