Attorney Overview
Ernest is a trial lawyer experienced in all aspects of litigation, including complex litigation. He has been responsible for trial preparation and trial of numerous cases in a diverse range of matters. He also has assisted in the appeal of several adverse verdicts. Ernest has represented clients in state court, federal court, arbitration, and multi-district litigation. He has also served as special master to apportion damages among defendants and oversee distribution of funds in several large multi-district cases.
