Attorney Overview

Molly Scott has been practicing commercial and insurance litigation on both sides of the docket for 14 years. Molly prides herself on creativity in motion practice and attention to detail to put clients in the position to resolve cases in an efficient manner. She has practiced in counties all over the state, as well as successfully completed oral arguments at the appellate level.

Molly graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, serving as Executive Managing Editor of the Administrative Law Journal in her last year. She obtained her bachelors degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.

In her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and children, baking, and cheering on Dallas sports teams.
