Sarai S. Neuman is an attorney with more than 12 years of litigation experience representing clients in complex civil matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Her practice has focused heavily on insurance defense and transportation litigation, with substantial experience handling tractor-trailer and commercial motor vehicle accident cases.

Over the course of her career, Sarai has managed a statewide litigation docket, represented transportation companies and commercial drivers in high-exposure claims, and handled matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and construction-related disputes. She also has prior experience serving as outside counsel to a major oilfield services company and as in-house counsel for one of the country’s largest publicly traded construction supply companies.

Fluent in Spanish, Sarai is able to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses, which allows her to effectively develop cases, evaluate claims, and build rapport throughout the litigation process.

Sarai received her bachelor’s degree from Rice University and her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston.
