Congratulation to Hartline Barger Attorneys Peter Blomquist, Patrick Stoia, and Frank Sedita for securing a complete defense verdict in a multi-party accident involving multiple tractor trailers on I-35. Despite a late surgery that significantly increased the damage model, and all other parties reaching a settlement, the defendant maintained it was not liable. Demand of the jury was $1.75 million, but after only three days of testimony, the Travis County jury found no negligence on the part of the client.
