Hartline Barger Obtains Full Dismissal on Summary Judgment

Hartline Barger announces another victory for major truck and engine manufacturer in Nashville, Tennessee. The lawsuit was part of pattern litigation related to an engine manufactured by Hartline Barger’s client. In First Express, Plaintiff purchased 40 trucks with engines produced by the defendant, alleging various fraud and warranty claims arising out of the purchase and operation. After careful consideration of the facts and the law of Tennessee, the Court threw out the case entirely.
