Catherine Arlowe brings 24 years of civil litigation experience to Hartline Barger. She was in private practice for twelve years before joining the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico where she spent the last 11 years as a judicial law clerk. Catherine’s experience with the Court afforded her an invaluable inside-look at the judicial process and judicial decision-making. While in private practice, Catherine focused on the areas of product liability, personal injury, negligence, construction defect litigation, and general insurance defense litigation. Catherine also worked for the City of Albuquerque where she defended individual law enforcement officers accused of civil rights violations and gained significant jury trial experience.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys off-roading, live performances, cheering on the New Mexico United, and snuggling with her English Bulldog, Toby.
