Attorney Overview
David Jones is a partner in our Corpus Christi office and brings a unique perspective to his practice, having practiced as a plaintiff and a defense litigator. He has represented numerous individuals and companies in the United States and abroad in complex multimillion-dollar lawsuits. David has also assisted in the start-up of several companies and assisted numerous clients regarding their compliance with the rule of law on the state and federal levels. David’s primary areas of practice include products liability, commercial litigation, premises liability, and business litigation. Countless times, he has been tasked to lead trial teams from the decision to accept the case, through the time of trial, and event throughout the appellate process.
