Attorney Overview
Sam Saldivar is an associate in the firm’s Houston office. His practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury defense, premises liability, trucking & transportation, products liability, oil & gas, and insurance defense. Sam takes pride in crafting litigation strategies that achieve superior results for his clients.
Sam began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General of Texas in the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division where he assisted in pursuing off-label marketing and drug misbranding by pharmaceutical companies. Sam has continued to hone his litigation skills in private practice, where he utilizes his knowledge and experience to handle a caseload of complex legal issues.
